Alice Harrison's work has been exhibited widely in galleries and universities throughout the United States and also has been shown in Europe and New Zealand. Her work has been recognized with numerous awards. The artist's paintings are found in many private collections as well as public and corporate collections.
She has also received several Geraldine R. Dodge grants, and is included in 2000 Outstanding Artists and Designers of the 20th Century, published in England.
